LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at one of our campuses.
A well-managed campus operates invisibly. A poorly managed one affects everyone. This role ensures Alpha campuses function with consistency, safety, and confidence on a daily basis.
Alpha is constructing one of the world's most ambitious educational models. Our classrooms are fast-paced. Our expectations are elevated. This demands campus operations that are disciplined, responsive, and designed for scalability. This role is accountable for all non-instructional functions that enable students and Guides to excel.
As the operational anchor of the campus, you will manage communication with parents and staff, supervise safety and security protocols, maintain facility and logistical operations, and ensure reliable technology access for students and staff. You respond when systems fail, identify issues before they grow, and establish structured calm during fluid situations.
This is not a limited coordinator position. It is a hands-on, high-visibility role designed for someone who excels with responsibility, diversity of tasks, and execution. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
