Job Summary The Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement group is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer with a strong background in Platform as a Service (PaaS) technologies to join our Enhanced Support for Openshift team. Support Delivery (SD) is Red Hat's customer facing support organization. We provide high quality technical support to Red Hat customers (subscribers) around the globe across all Red Hat product lines.
In this role you will be challenged in providing high-level technical support and sustaining engineering services to dedicated enterprise customer accounts to help maximize up-time and reduce IT costs. Our Support Delivery team is dedicated to resolving issues quickly and efficiently. In this role, you will collaborate with our customers, top developers, architects, and operations teams to troubleshoot complex and challenging issues. You'll partner closely with development engineering teams and work alongside some of the brightest developers in the open source community. You will also work with Red Hat’s key strategic cloud partners to jointly solve multi-vendor customer issues. The salary range for this position is $107,980.00 - $172,730.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
