About This Role Data Implementation Specialist – Associate About This Role Aladdin Data – Solutions drives the evolution of Aladdin's enterprise analytics data assets and production capabilities. We implement data and analytics solutions for BlackRock and Aladdin clients, delivering scalable, high-quality outcomes that support investment decision-making, risk management, compliance, and reporting.
Our Data Implementation team leads the onboarding of investment data across asset classes—fixed income, equities, derivatives, and private markets. We partner directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, configure data workflows, and ensure successful adoption of Aladdin's data and analytics platform.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the intersection of investment data, technology, and client delivery. You'll gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle while helping shape the future of how data powers the investment process.
The Data Implementations business process is undergoing a multi-year transformation program to improve scale, user and client experience, process performance, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will play an active role in this transformation work as a subject matter expert and agile squad team member. The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging AI tools, including LLMs and Agentic workflows, to streamline and automate financial business processes. Absent explicit experience, formal training or certification in relevant AI tools is valued.
