The Technology Operations Engineer I role will provide day-to-day support of our electronic trading and clearing applications. The ideal candidate will have the ability to monitor all customer facing environments and be responsible for efficiently triaging incidents while adhering to strict guidelines and policies that have been put in place to reduce overall risk and impact. TOCC’s role can be fast-paced, demanding and rewarding work that is critical to ensuring the health of our technology systems and business needs.

This role supports the U.S. shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 8:30am - 6:30pm CDT. Please note, the schedule is potentially subject to change. Actual salary offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education and comparison to internal employees (where relevant).
