The Marketing and Communications team function helps to build the ZS brand, champion thought leadership, support business development and inform, engage and inspire past, present and future ZSers.

Communications and Brand Associate Intern We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Intern to support our marketing and communications efforts. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in internal communications and corporate branding. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, craft content and materials, maintain digital channels and support the Communications and Brand team with key projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and execute content for internal channels, such as internal newsletters, the intranet, digital signage, town hall meetings, videos, social media, website copy, etc.
• Assist with channel management strategy
• Develop toolkits and templates to empower communication champions across the firm
• Support global brand campaigns, helping to ensure timely and accurate delivery of creative assets
• Assist in maintaining and implementing brand guidelines in external assets across the firm
• Maintain assets and communication, enhancing brand visibility across multiple channels
• Assist in the planning and execution of photo and video shoots to build the asset library
• Perform additional tasks and duties as needed to support the team

What You’ll Bring:

• Candidates should be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree related to marketing, journalism, or communications.
• Strong project management skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
