As a Software Engineer II at JPMorgan Chase within the Global Banking, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Design, Develop, and Implement RPA Solutions: Build, test, and deploy automation workflows and bots using UiPath Studio, integrating Python scripts as needed for advanced data processing
Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities, collaborating with business analysts, stakeholders, and team members to deliver effective solutions
Integrate Python scripts within UiPath workflows for data processing and automation tasks
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation solutions
Document technical solutions, workflows, and process changes
Identify hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience
4+ years of experience in RPA automation
Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio (workflow design, activities, debugging, deployment)
Working knowledge of Python (basic scripting, data manipulation, use of libraries)
Understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, and lifecycle
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Familiarity with REST APIs and web automation
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
Exposure to Agile/Kanban and JIRA etc. for project management and planning
