Batch manager Lead

Job Summary:

As a Batch Manager Lead, you play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the BM team. Your responsibilities extend to ensuring the smooth functioning of content uploading & managing, maintaining a positive learning environment, and contributing to overall student satisfaction. If you possess strong leadership skills, organizational prowess, and a commitment to effective education, this role is tailored for you.

Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Supervise and Manage a team of Batch Managers.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and improvements.

Content Uploading:

• Cross-checking and uploading content like - Lecture video, Class Notes, DPPs, Test papers etc. in the batches.
• Also cross-checks the teams content and align the team to properly perform task

Maintain Trackers:

• Maintain & Update the trackers.
• Monitor the daily report of batch health.

Communication and Coordination:

• Be available for coordination with the Central Team, BH, CH and other stakeholders.
• Escalate/Resolve daily issues raised during the day to day operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Technical proficiency in classroom equipment and software.
• Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the education sector.
• Proficiency in both English and Hindi languages.
• Work from Office.
