Job Summary As a Software Development Engineer in NetApp’s Cloud Platforms organization, you will play a critical role in the team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure and robust operating systems and capabilities that run NetApp data management applications in the Cloud.
As part of the Research and Development function, the overall focus of the group is on competitive market and customer requirements, technology advances and innovation, product quality, product cost and time-to-market. To achieve these goals, software engineers in this organization leverage their technical strengths and teamwork skills via collaboration with Cloud partners and internal Engineering partners.

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Compensation The target salary range for this position is $130,000-$180,000. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
