Description As a Product Marketing Manager on the Lifecycle Experiences team, you will own go-to-market strategy for our product suite and customer engagement programs. You will translate customer insights and lifecycle data into compelling, localized marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes. You'll work cross-functionally with product, tech, retail, and regional teams to design, launch, and optimize programs at scale.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in customer journeys, and is energized by building experiences customers love.

About The Team The Lifecycle Experiences team is on a mission to deepen customer engagement across Amazon's fastest-growing marketplaces. We own the end-to-end customer lifecycle - from first purchase to habitual shopping - across India, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Australia, Singapore, and South Africa. Our north star is moving customers from occasional buyers to loyal, high-frequency shoppers.
We build and scale programs including Gamified Experiences, Rewards, Promotions Orchestration, and Personalization - reaching millions of customers across our fast growing marketplaces. We operate at the intersection of product, marketing, and data science, and we move fast.
