This isn’t a typical Software Engineering role.
As a Senior Software Engineer , you will be at the forefront of building highly performant, secure, and scalable consumer-facing applications that power one of India’s largest crypto platforms. Your work will directly impact millions of users and help simplify access to Web3 and digital assets.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to turn complex ideas into intuitive, high-quality user experiences while setting strong engineering standards across performance, security, and reliability.
What You’ll Do: Design, build, and maintain large-scale consumer-facing applications that are performant, secure, and user-centric
Work closely with Product and Design teams to translate concepts and requirements into high-quality user experiences
Build POCs to evaluate new product directions, technologies, and architectural choices
Create reusable frameworks, abstractions, and components that improve developer productivity and consistency
Continuously optimize application performance, reliability, and responsiveness across devices
What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and building large-scale consumer-facing applications
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React or Angular Experience with Next.js or similar meta-frameworks is a strong plus, but not exclusive
Deep understanding of performance optimization, profiling, and monitoring techniques for web applications
Strong knowledge of CSS and JavaScript animation techniques , with an emphasis on smooth rendering and maintaining high frame rates
Solid understanding of Web and Information Security concepts including CORS, CSP, CSRF, XSS, and related concerns
You’ll Excel in This Role If You: Are deeply curious about Web3, VDA, and emerging technologies , and actively stay ahead of the curve
Take ownership and accountability, treating the product and platform as your own
