The most caring action you can take for a student who achieves 99% is to resist calling it 100%. If that statement unsettles you, this position is not the right fit. If it resonates, continue reading.
Students at Alpha don't experience traditional lectures. They advance rapidly through adaptive applications, absorb material at double the speed of conventional classrooms, and develop practical life competencies throughout the process. Your role is to ensure three core commitments are fulfilled for every student in your group: they develop a genuine love for school, they accelerate learning by 2x, and they acquire skills no standard curriculum provides. You will also develop the Guides who execute these same commitments throughout your campus.
Each morning begins with data review. You examine analytics that reveal which students are progressing and which require additional support. By mid-morning, you're facilitating a live session, guiding K-8 students through public speaking or concentration drills using Alpha's structured framework. Post-lunch, you observe a Guide's workshop, then deliver three precise improvement actions to refine their execution. On certain days, you serve as the motivational catalyst during team huddles, transforming leaderboard rankings into drive. You maintain direct involvement with your own student group while simultaneously training Guides to meet your performance standard—and as their capability grows, your influence expands from a single cohort to an entire campus.
You will witness reserved children presenting with confidence to adults. You will see students who previously "despised school" volunteer to remain after hours. And you will understand that the rigor you maintained is precisely what enabled their progress—because upholding high standards demonstrates your belief in their capacity to achieve them.
If you have exceeded benchmarks, transformed struggling performers into top achievers, and are prepared to replicate that success with students: submit your application now.
