About This Role Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Public Cloud FinOps Leader to lead financial governance, cost optimization, and unit-economics transparency across our Azure and Google Cloud environments. This role sits at the intersection of cloud engineering, finance, and risk, and is critical to ensuring cloud spend is predictable, optimized, and audit-defensible in a banking environment. You will partner closely with Cloud Platform, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Risk teams to establish FinOps best practices, drive measurable savings, and enable informed decision-making for cloud investments. This role is hands-on and strategic: you will design FinOps mechanisms, build reporting and controls, influence architecture decisions, and communicate clearly with senior technology and finance leadership. Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
