Your responsibility: delivering fully operational school campuses, on schedule and within budget, across an expanding network of micro schools, growth campuses, and flagship vertical campuses in metropolitan areas.
The timelines are invariably tight. Transition from building possession to first day of instruction in weeks, not months. That requires orchestrating vendor schedules, monitoring dependencies in real time, and leveraging AI to close every outstanding task before it causes a setback. After a campus launches, you transfer ownership to the permanent operations team and proceed to the next site.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
