As a
Lead Associate – Mnow Demand
, with 1–5 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing demand generation strategies to drive traffic and customer engagement across multiple channels. This role is central to ensuring that Mnow delivers seamless discovery and experience for customers, while aligning demand initiatives with business objectives.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Channel Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of demand generation activities across relevant traffic channels, ensuring campaigns are optimized for reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across Category, Revenue, Supply Chain, and Marketing to gather insights, analyze data, and design initiatives that effectively generate demand.
- Selection Maximization: Develop strategies to expand and optimize product selection, ensuring customers have access to a wide and relevant assortment that meets evolving demand.
- Demand & Supply Alignment: Actively participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings to align demand forecasts with supply plans, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular reviews of demand generation performance metrics, identify gaps, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer journeys and business outcomes.
- Innovation & Industry Benchmarking: Stay updated on quick commerce and retail industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand planning; recommend innovative solutions to keep Mnow ahead of the curve.
- Customer Experience Excellence: Design and drive initiatives that simplify and elevate customer journeys across channels, creating a seamless and delightful experience for customers.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure demand generation processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals, leveraging automation and analytics to improve accuracy and speed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on demand priorities.
Preferred Skills And Background
- Experience: 1–5 years in demand generation, merchandising, category management, or quick commerce operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence and align cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with quick commerce, customer journey mapping, and demand planning processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with analytics tools, dashboards, and demand generation platforms.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering seamless customer experiences across multiple channels.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
