Staff Engineer – Search & AI Agents

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Architect who can design and build the core engines powering AI agents, natural language relational search, large-scale indexing, ranking, and real-time data exploration.

What you’ll own

• Architect and lead major systems powering AI-driven search and agentic workflows.
• Drive end-to-end design, coding, testing, deployment, and performance improvements.
• Build and mentor a high-caliber engineering team with a strong execution mindset.
• Work closely with product, design, and ML teams to deliver intelligent, reliable systems at scale.

What you bring

• 9+ years building and scaling high-performance distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on coding skills (C++/Go/Java/Python).
• Deep understanding of systems architecture, algorithms, indexing, and performance engineering.
• Ability to dive deep into technical details while shaping long-term architecture.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms is a plus.
