Partnerships are a critical driver of growth for Netflix. Over time, Netflix has built a number of partnerships with companies, from mobile and fixed line network operators to Consumer Electronics (CE) device manufacturers and distributors, that help us deliver the Netflix experience around the world. These partnerships have been instrumental in accelerating Netflix’s global growth story and today they impact millions of members. Some of the larger global partnerships we have today include Samsung, LG, Google and Roku, to name a few.
Netflix derives a significant competitive advantage from the analytical approach it takes to manage all aspects of the business. As we continue to push for growth and retention globally, we are looking for an Associate to join our Partnerships F&S team. This role will be focused on supporting existing partnerships with Global CE & Platform partners, leading workstreams on global analyses & projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams on emerging initiatives.
This role will be based in Los Gatos and report to the Director of Partnerships, F&S. It will include travel (a few trips per year) to partner locations.
Responsibilities
Qualifications Candidates are required to be highly analytical and effective communicators. Prior experience in management consulting or an equivalent analytical role is strongly preferred. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of performing comprehensive analyses independently and proactively. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, focus on generating results and exhibit the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
Requirements
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $180,000.00 - $275,000.00.
