What This Role Is
DevRev is looking for a sharp, technically grounded Enterprise Sales Engineer to join their sales team. This isn't a role for someone who just runs demos. You'll be the person in the room who actually understands how things work — and can translate that into real value for enterprise customers.
You'll partner closely with Account Executives, dig into customer environments, and design solutions that fit. You're comfortable going deep on APIs, integrations, and cloud architecture, and just as comfortable presenting to a CTO or a VP of Engineering.

What You'll Be Doing
What We're Looking For
You've got 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS Sales/Solutions Engineering under your belt. You know how to run a technical evaluation, handle a tough Q&A, and move deals forward without losing the customer's trust.
More specifically:
Ecosystem experience matters here. DevRev integrates across a broad enterprise stack. Strong candidates will have hands-on experience with at least 3 of these:
-CRM/Support: Salesforce Sales Cloud, HubSpot, Zoho, Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Freshdesk, Intercom, Microsoft Dynamics, Monday
-Service Desk: ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira Service Management
-DevOps: Jira, Linear, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps
-Documentation: SharePoint, OneDrive, Notion, Google Drive
-Data: Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks
Education
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent real-world experience.
