The Senior Deal Desk Analyst at Harness plays a critical role in partnering with our sales team to drive sales success, by ensuring efficient and strategic deal execution.
This role is responsible for the quoting and deal operations processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams especially Harness Sales Team, Legal, Finance and RevOps teams, by providing valuable insights to optimize deal structures and contract negotiations.

Work Location This is a hybrid role based in our Boston or New York offices, with an expectation of working onsite three days per week.
What You Will Have At Harness
Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 plus bonus.
