ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
The UX Designer will join the Channel Sales Strategy & Operations Team to help shape an AI-powered decision intelligence platform used by internal channel sales teams and geo partners. The product delivers insights and a digital assistant that helps users make smarter operational decisions — from store compliance and partner performance to experiment design and measurable business uplift. Your work will guide users through creating valid test vs. control experiments and clearly understanding ROI through the product's AI guidance.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
5+ years of UX/Product Design experience
Strong visual design portfolio demonstrating:
Ability to clearly explain your design philosophy and how it reinforces brand and user trust
AI product design
experience i.e. ability to frame what makes a successful AI product, collaborate directly with AI/ML engineers, and define guardrails that shape how the AI responds, reasons through problems, and grounds its outputs in a safe and understandable user experience
and light coding capability
+ Experience building interactive prototypes to refine workflows, including utilizing LLMs and prompt design, to refine workflows, validate AI interactions, and safely bridge execution gaps when engineering bandwidth is constrained
