Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on Multimedia Designer to join a high-impact, creative marketing team, with the opportunity to take ownership of demo and sales content and make an immediate impact.
This role focuses on creating high-quality video demos and sales collateral that directly support pipeline growth and deal conversion. You will take ownership from concept to execution, shaping ideas, scripting narratives, and turning complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling, and visually engaging content across video, motion, and design.
Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Growth and Solution teams, you will create demo videos and sales materials tailored to buyer needs, sales stages and regional markets, with a focus on consistency, scalability and measurable impact.
This is a hands-on role. You will be expected to own and deliver assets end-to-end, from initial concept and scripting through to final execution.
Key Responsibilities
Video & Demo Production
• Own the creation and delivery of demo videos used across solutions, segments and client pitches • Lead the end-to-end creation of demo videos, from concept development and scripting through to production and final delivery
• Shape the narrative and structure of demos to ensure clear, compelling storytelling aligned to buyer needs and sales stages
• Develop modular demo content that can be adapted across audiences, industries and sales stages
• Ensure demos clearly communicate value propositions, differentiators and client outcomes
• Continuously evolve demo content to reflect product updates and priorities
Sales Collateral & Design
• Design and produce sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, solution overviews, battlecards and FAQs
• Translate complex capabilities into clear, customer-focused visual storytelling
• Create scalable templates and design systems for consistent global use
• Adapt materials for regional and segment-specific needs
Sales & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with Sales and Growth teams to understand buyer needs, objections and deal blockers
• Gather feedback and continuously improve demo effectiveness and collateral quality
• Work closely with Product and Solution teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Quality, Process & Scale
• Establish efficient, repeatable processes for creating and maintaining demo and sales content • Ensure all outputs meet brand, compliance and quality standards
• Manage external vendors where required
Skills & Experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on video production, motion graphics and design work
• Exceptional written and spoken English, as this is the primary language for FNZ business communications
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint
• Proven experience creating demo videos and sales collateral for complex products or platforms
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working directly with Sales and Product teams on tight timelines.
