Our students don't merely advance — they excel, earning numerous 4s and 5s on AP examinations, demonstrating multi-year academic progress within a single year, and routinely surpassing their own projections. This is not a conventional product management position centered on customer feedback mechanisms or iterative feature releases. This is an executive-level technical product ownership role in which you will control the architecture, technical roadmap, and AI integration across our entire learning infrastructure. You will be accountable for navigating complex technical tradeoffs that keep our products streamlined, scalable, and intensely focused on advancing student outcomes. You will operate with the mindset of a CTO while executing with the agility of a product entrepreneur, merging engineering rigor with learning science principles to sustain continuous innovation.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
