The Role The Foundry Technology Operations (FTO) Product Owner plays a critical role in bringing AMD products from early development to high‑volume manufacturing. This position sits within a highly cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment and serves as the technical and execution focal point between AMD and external foundry partners.
In this role, you will own the Product Process Plan of Record , drive wafer readiness, and continuously optimize performance, yield, reliability, power, area, and cost. You’ll work closely with internal teams—including Product Engineering, Design, Business Units, Reliability, and Supply Chain—while partnering directly with foundries to resolve issues, improve process capability, and deliver against aggressive product milestones.
This is an individual contributor role with significant scope and visibility. It is well‑suited for someone with a strong fab or foundry background who enjoys hands‑on technical ownership, data‑driven decision making, and influencing outcomes across organizations.
