Campaign Design & Execution
1) Partner closely with Microsoft PMs to understand campaign objectives, audience strategy, surfaces, and success
metrics.
2) Translate PM requirements into end-to-end Iris campaign configurations, including Campaign setup, gather
necessary approvals, Surface and placement selection, Targeting and segmentation strategy, Experimentation (where
applicable), Experience and delivery safeguards
3) Ensure campaigns are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with Iris platform best practices.
Role Overview:
The primary mission of this role is to proactively partner with PMs, translate their ideas and requirements into
well-designed, compliant, and high-quality Iris campaigns, and ensure each campaign follows the correct governance
and approval workflows prior to publishing. This role plays a critical part in ensuring on-time delivery, operational
excellence, and a consistent, high-quality customer experience across Microsoft surfaces.
Required Qualifications:
1) Experience supporting campaigns, experimentation, or in-product messaging platforms in a technical or program
management capacity.
2) Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign lifecycles, including build, validation, approvals, and publishing.
3) Proven ability to work with Product Managers and translate high-level ideas into precise, executable configurations.
4) Exceptional attention to detail and strong quality mindset.
5) Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with fixed deadlines.
6) Clear, professional communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
