About The Role As an HR Operations Associate, you will support US HR programs and processes, respond to employee and manager inquiries, and collaborate across HR to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Shared Services, and Centers of Excellence to promote consistent and efficient HR operations across Swiss Re.

Key Requirements
The estimated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $90,000 for Kansas City and $64,000 - $96,000 for Armonk. The specific salary offered for this or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity, specialization, and/ or scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget. At Swiss Re, we take a "total compensation approach" when making compensation decisions. This means that we consider all components of compensation in their totality in setting individual compensation.
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
