Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Proficient in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile planning and tracking.
• Have experience in executing SAFE & Scrum Agile methodologies
• SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) certification preferred
• Knowledge of ACARS message and Type B message
• A good understanding of technology and software development in java and microservice stack.
• Strong project & product management skills, in developing product development plans, goals, and estimations, identifying resources needed, establishing schedules and methods for measuring results and managing all phases of the project, product backlog management, product backlog strategy creation,
• Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Good communication and stakeholder & team management skills
Roles & Responsibilities
• Work closely with technical architect to define solutions, focusing on reuse and industry standards, and best use of technology.
• Leading and guiding technical teams, assigning tasks, providing support, and enabling resolution of technical issues.
• Should have familiarity with IT infrastructure, applications and service level measures.
• Communicating project progress, status, and risks to stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and clients.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, and developing contingency plans.

Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
