Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Data Engineer specializing in Enterprise Content Management, you will design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and integrate with existing systems. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting for ECM systems, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise applications and platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Design and Implement ECM Solutions: Design and implement Enterprise Content Management solutions that meet business requirements, integrating with existing systems to optimize performance and usability.
Customize and Configure ECM Applications: Customize and configure ECM applications to optimize performance and usability, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise applications and platforms.
Provide Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ECM systems, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Optimize Performance and Scalability: Optimize the performance and scalability of ECM systems to handle large volumes of content efficiently, implementing security measures to protect sensitive information.
Create and Maintain Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ECM systems, including architecture diagrams, configuration settings, and user guides to support end-users and stakeholders.
