Role Overview:
The Store Facility Specialist will support end‑to‑end facility management operations for retail store locations & the role includes coordinating with contractors, overseeing maintenance workflows, tracking energy utilization, and ensuring timely resolution of store facility requests. The Specialist will work closely with onshore teams to support uptime of assets, operational continuity, and long-term cost optimization while maintaining compliance, efficiency, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and triage maintenance requests through CMMS/helpdesk systems.
Assign work orders to the correct vendor/contractor based on issue type and geography.
Communicate remotely with contractors for scheduling, updates, and documentation.
Follow up and provide status updates on open tickets and ensure timely responses and SLA adherence.
Identify and maintain records of delays, SLA breaches, and unresponsive vendors using dashboards and alerts.
Analyze and report daily/weekly/monthly ticket patterns: frequency, repeat issues, asset type failures, vendor performance.
Support onshore leadership with cost analysis, spend trends, and budget variance dashboards.
Validate job completion photos, checklists, and documentation submitted by vendors.
Support invoice pre-validation: compare with rate cards, AMC terms, and job scope.
Prepare vendor performance scorecards and operational summaries.
Coordinate escalations or reassign tickets based on vendor responsiveness.
Track Preventive maintenance schedules and generate alerts for overdue tasks.
Assist with forecasting and savings validation for energy efficiency measures (ECMs).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
Experience in store facility management, maintenance coordination, or related operational roles.
Strong understanding of repairs & maintenance workflows, contractor management, and facility audit processes.
Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general store infrastructure.
