**Job Role: Business Analyst / Technical Analyst (BA/TA) - AI
**Contract Duration: 6 months
**Location: London / Sheffield (Hybrid - 3 days on site)

**Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst / Technical Analyst to collaborate with Cyber, Security Operations Center (SOC), and Technology teams in shaping and delivering AI-enabled cybersecurity capabilities. The role involves translating complex operational challenges into clear, actionable requirements, defining success criteria, and ensuring that solutions are user-friendly, well-controlled, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Cyber, SOC, and Technology stakeholders to understand operational problems and identify AI-driven solutions.
Translate business and operational needs into detailed, clear, and testable requirements.
Define success measures and key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI-enabled cybersecurity capabilities.
Work closely with development and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and compliance standards.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of AI solutions to ensure usability and control.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain alignment.
Document processes, requirements, and outcomes to support governance and audit needs.
**Required Qualifications and Skills:
Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst, preferably in cybersecurity or AI-related projects.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, SOC functions, and technology environments.
Ability to translate complex operational issues into clear, actionable requirements.
Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in cybersecurity.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with requirements management and documentation tools.
**Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
Knowledge of compliance and governance frameworks relevant to cybersecurity and AI.
Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.

**Additional Information:
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite in London or Sheffield.
