Roles And Responsibilities
As an Internal IT Engineer, you will:
Provide strong support for macOS, Windows, and other company devices.
Set up and manage new devices for employees. This includes installing the operating system, required apps, user accounts, and security tools.
Fix complex issues related to operating systems, software conflicts, login problems, network, VPN, and collaboration tools.
Keep track of all company IT devices. Manage records for device life cycle, warranty details, and compliance needs.
Work with device vendors for warranty support, hardware checks, and replacements.
Support and maintain office Wi-Fi, LAN connections, and network cabling.
Manage conference room equipment like video conferencing systems, LED screens, and other meeting tools.
Monitor and maintain CCTV cameras and access control systems to ensure security and smooth operations.
Create and update IT documents, step-by-step guides, and knowledge base articles to help users solve common issues.
Test and help roll out new IT tools, device management systems, automation scripts, and productivity software.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3–7 years of hands-on experience in IT support or end-user computing environments.
Strong expertise in macOS, Linux and Windows administration, troubleshooting, and device configuration.
Experience in endpoint security practices including patching, antivirus/EDR tools, device encryption, and access control.
