Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist / Developer to design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations with a strong focus on Workday Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and third-party system integrations.

This role requires strong technical capability, analytical problem‑solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Must‑Have Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
3–6+ years of experience in Workday integration development .
Strong expertise in:
Workday Studio
EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
Core Connectors
Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
Hands-on experience with Workday Financials and/or Supply Chain Management modules.
Strong understanding of FSCM processes including:
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Expenses
Supplier Management
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, Java, JSON, SQL .
Experience integrating with third-party systems (banks, suppliers, procurement tools, payment gateways).
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

Workday Integration Core Certification or Workday Financials Certification.
Experience with ERP/Cloud financial system integrations or large-scale Workday deployments.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft FSCM or other ERP systems.
Knowledge of Workday security, reporting, and calculated fields.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations for Financials & Supply Chain Management modules.
Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Translate business requirements into scalable technical integration solutions.
Collaborate with functional teams to support AP, AR, Procurement, Expenses, and other FSCM processes.
Provide ongoing production support, monitoring, and troubleshooting for integrations.
Create and maintain integration documentation including mapping, specifications, and process flows.
Ensure security compliance, error handling, and integration performance best practices.
Work with cross-functional teams for data migration, third‑party integrations, and interface enhancements.
Support Workday release cycles, regression testing, and deployment activities.
Identify opportunities for process automation and integration optimization.
