The Role
As a React Native Developer , you will contribute to the design and development of high‑quality mobile and web applications that support large‑scale, modern technology platforms. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to build secure, scalable, and high‑performance digital solutions. This role offers exposure to cloud‑native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and emerging technologies across both web and mobile ecosystems.
Key responsibilities:
• Build scalable backend components and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality mobile and web applications using React Native, React.js, and related technologies.
• Implement cloud‑native solutions leveraging AWS services for performance, scalability, and availability.
• Integrate and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, deployments, and observability.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Optimise application performance, ensuring responsiveness, security, and reliability across platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across UI, backend, and cloud service layers.
• Monitor system health using tools such as DX APM, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the engineering team.
Your Profile
• Very strong hands‑on experience with React.js, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices development.
• Strong experience deploying applications using CI/CD pipelines.
• In‑depth knowledge of AWS cloud environments and commonly used services.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as DX APM and Grafana.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
• Knowledge of the React Native framework and mobile application development principles.
• Experience with cloud‑native deployment patterns and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting across distributed systems.
