We are looking for a
Product Manager
with a strong foundation in
business analysis
and
hands-on telecom domain experience
to support the end-to-end product lifecycle of enterprise telecom platforms. This role sits at the intersection of
business, technology, and delivery
, translating telecom use cases into scalable product capabilities.
You will work closely with
engineering, architecture, sales, and operations teams
to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive adoption of telecom-focused products across OSS/BSS, network operations, and digital services.
Key Responsibilities
Product Execution & Delivery
Translate telecom business requirements into clear product features, epics, and user stories
Support the product roadmap with data-driven inputs and customer feedback
Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release readiness
Track feature adoption, usage metrics, and customer outcomes
Business Analysis & Requirements
Leverage prior Business Analyst experience to:
Conduct requirement elicitation workshops with internal and external stakeholders
Create BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Map current-state vs future-state workflows across telecom processes
Ensure traceability from business goals → product features → delivery outcomes
