Job Description Summary The President, Advanced Visualization Solutions (AVS) – USCAN leads the full commercial, portfolio, and value‑creation strategy for GE HealthCare’s AVS business across the United States and Canada, inclusive of hardware, software, and digital solutions, with a clear mandate to accelerate growth and recurring‑revenue models.
This role is an enterprise‑level general management and commercial leadership position, accountable for orders, revenue, pricing, margin accretion, cash, market share, and customer impact across USCAN. The President is a core member of the USCAN Region Leadership Team and an extended member of the Global AVS Segment Leadership Team, operating effectively within a shared‑ownership, matrixed model.
The role owns USCAN AVS segmentation, value proposition development, go‑to‑market design, commercial execution, and operating rigor across lifecycle, NPI, and digital solutions, and serves as the primary voice of the USCAN market into global AVS strategy, investment, and prioritization decisions.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $288,000.00-$432,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
