This Opportunity Is Ideal If You Have

• Developed code modules that incorporate advanced LLMs into production applications (e.g., customer support chatbots, API integrations)
• Augmented legacy platforms with automated AI capabilities, such as predictive analytics or personalized recommendation engines
• Deployed AI to efficiently resolve recurring bug fixes and feature requests (e.g., real-time language translation or dynamic content personalization)

• Automating Internal Processes: Deploy sophisticated AI methods to streamline and automate internal workflows and operational tasks

Artificial Intelligence Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Drive accelerated product launches and elevated customer satisfaction through continuous, AI-powered enhancements

Basic Requirements

• AI-First Mindset (if you instinctively begin by writing code manually and then rely on AI tools for validation or refinement, rather than leading with AI, this role is not suitable for you)
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a full-stack developer (proficiency in both front-end and back-end development is mandatory)
• Extensive hands-on experience with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Demonstrated success implementing Generative AI solutions that produced significant, measurable business impact
• Proven track record using multiple LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address real-world business challenges
• A clear understanding of when and why to select particular LLM models for varying use cases

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
