Overview Mastercard is looking for an experienced Employee Relations professional to join its Global Employee Relations team. Working closely with the People Business Partners, employment law, compliance and business stakeholders, the desired candidate will develop and leverage ER best practices and processes to support our culture of decency and fairness consistent with Mastercard values and local laws. Hybrid flexible working is available.
Role
All About You Experience of multi-national, matrix and fast-paced organization, CIPD qualified or equivalent work experience. Deep human resources experience, solid ER experience with a demonstrated passion for Employee Relations. Good understanding of UK, Ireland and European employment and labour laws.
Proven project management skills with demonstrated ability to drive global projects.
Experience advising on a wide range of employee relations issues.
Strong investigative skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to organize and analyse data. Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
