[hiring] Looking for a senior architect to peer-review a vendor technical proposal analysis
Hey all,
Budget: 30-60$/h
I'm in a bit of a crunch and could use a senior pair of eyes. Here's the situation:
I recently interviewed for a solution architect role. After a strong conversation with their principal engineer, I was given a real challenge: review a 50-page technical proposal submitted by a vendor to one of their clients, and produce a report covering the tech stack, architecture decisions, and any business or technical red flags, as well as gaps in the documentation.
I've structured the report will wrap it up by tomorrow morning.
Before I submit, I'd love to have someone who's actually done this kind of work, vendor proposal reviews, architecture assessments, due diligence, sit with me for 1 to 4 hours and go through it. Not to redo it, just to pressure-test it: catch blind spots, challenge assumptions, flag anything that looks like a questionable call I may have glossed over.
I'm willing to pay for your time. Think of it as a paid peer review session, not a consulting gig.
Ideally you've:
\\- Done architecture reviews or technical due diligence before (vendor evals, RFP responses, etc.)
\\- Have familiarity with ATAM or similar evaluation frameworks
\\- Are available tonight or tomorrow
If this sounds like something you've done before and you have a few hours to spare, drop a comment or DM me. Happy to share more context privately.
Thanks
