What do we require?
We are seeking a seasoned CRM Product Manager (Banking) with a proven record of leading solutioning and delivery for a banking CRM platform covering Sales, Service, Party / Customer Onboarding, Relationship, Marketing, Information / Data Management, Ecosystem Integration, and CRM Analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate excellent core competence and a deep understanding of the banking domain and CRM product landscape, coupled with strong analytical, consulting, and project management skills while building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. The successful candidate shall possess:
Experience: 8-12 years, with at least 4-6 years in Banking CRM as a Product Manager/ Owner / SME across various banking process lifecycles with end-to-end understanding of Sales, Service, Party / Customer Onboarding, Relationship, Marketing, Information / Data Management, Ecosystem Integration, and CRM Analytics capabilities.
An MBA from a top-tier institution is preferable.
Ability to craft a clear vision, strategy, and outcome‑based roadmap, and define OKRs, business cases, and release plans.
Run discovery (interviews, journey mapping, value / risk sizing) and drive rapid iterations.
Translate needs into Product Requirements Documents (epics / features / stories with acceptance criteria) and maintain value / traceability through the lifecycle.
Experience with specifying functional / non-functional requirements and integration behaviors in business terms.
Understanding of API connectivity patterns and integrating CRM to core banking, LOS / LMS, Card Management, KYC / screening, payments, channels, data and third-party platforms.
Familiarity with open‑banking‑grade connectivity patterns, Customer‑360, MDM / golden‑record concepts, data quality and governance, RM & service dashboards, ecosystem design, and operational analytics.
Practical understanding of data privacy (e.g., GDPR/DPDP equivalents), PCI considerations for card‑adjacent flows, risk‑based KYC / AML principles, and how to embed them into onboarding and servicing flows.
Proven expertise in business solutioning, functional fit-gap analysis, and business scenario modeling to ensure alignment of solutions with client requirements.
Ability to develop and articulate compelling business cases and track key performance metrics that demonstrate clear value realization for clients.
Consulting Skills: Experience in leading engagements in areas such as Process Modeling, Requirement Gathering & Validation, Business Solutioning, Operational Excellence, Performance Benchmarking & Improvement, Customer Experience & Omnichannel Design, and IT Transformation (any one or more).
Understanding of AI-enabled CRM capabilities such as AI/ML workflows (Next Best Action, routing, predictive analytics), architectures, and governance is preferred.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet business requirements.
