Summary Position Summary Senior Analyst – Insights Specialist – Global Strategic Insights Center – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited Are you seeking an exciting opportunity in strategic business insights and market intelligence? Work You’ll Do You will provide strategic insights to Deloitte’s senior leadership on crucial market and client priorities related to growth strategies, competition, innovation, industry disruptions, alliances, and ecosystems across industries. You will learn and apply established research tools and methodologies to develop consultative research solutions, suggest creative solutions to address clients' needs, and present actionable insights for senior leadership. Additionally, you will drive project delivery and manage results, liaise with global colleagues, and contribute to team-level activities while mentoring new team members.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Provide strategic insights to Deloitte’s senior leadership on market and client priorities, including growth strategies, competition, innovation, industry disruptions, alliances, and ecosystems.
• Learn and apply established research tools and methodologies to develop consultative research solutions.
• Identifies converging trends, market-size, whitespace opportunities, potential partnerships, competitive strategy, or growth pathways with a functional or holistic lens, without focusing on a specific sector
• Suggest alternatives and creative solutions to address clients' and stakeholders' current and anticipatory needs. Take the relationship beyond the transactional level.
• Manage project delivery by following the best project and time management practices while always adhering to quality guidelines.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership with a focus on the 'so-what' for Deloitte’s clients and businesses.
• Liaise with global colleagues to manage project expectations.
• Contribute to team activities and mentor new team members.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree from a premier B-school with 4-6 years of work experience, including at least four years in research or professional services.
• Exceptional attention to detail and project ownership.
• Drive consultative discussions with stakeholders to suggest solutions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and hypothesis-driven problem solving.
• Strong exposure to one or more industries. Familiarity with operating structures, strategic frameworks, regulations, and industry dynamics.
• Exceptional business writing and communication skills. Ability to distill complex information into concise narratives for executive audience.
• Strong storyboarding and visualization skills. Adhere to email etiquette in written communication.
• Confidently articulate ideas in client calls. Present findings and engage senior leadership effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with research tools (Refinitiv, Capital IQ, Factiva, EMIS, etc.).
• Exposure to Gen AI tools and experience in prompt engineering is an advantage.
• Client-service exposure or experience working directly with senior leadership is preferred.
