Young children often connect most naturally with reading when it aligns with their existing interests: gaming environments, where progression, persistence, and skill-building are intrinsic motivators.
In this role, you will facilitate small-group literacy instruction at a school designed around the culture and mindset of young gamers. Using phonics-based methods, adaptive reading technology, and individualized coaching, you will help K-2 learners develop the same passion for reading they already have for games.
