Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- The Technical Product Manager leads Quality Control & Compliance (QCC) initiatives and owns the technical roadmap for enablement and governance. The role manages the product backlog, ensures compliance with enterprise standards, and drives successful delivery outcomes. This position serves as the primary liaison with Liberty Mutual teams, supporting tooling, process, and framework adoption.
- 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, or Product Ownership.
- Strong experience in technical roadmap ownership, backlog management, and governance.
- Proven BFSI/Insurance domain experience with strong compliance and risk awareness.
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, QA, and automation frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise platforms or enablement products.
- Exposure to audit, risk, and quality governance models.
- Prior experience supporting large insurance clients such as Liberty Mutual.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead QCC initiatives aligned with enterprise quality, risk, and compliance standards.
- Define and own the technical roadmap for enablement tools, frameworks, and governance capabilities.
- Own, prioritize, and continuously groom the product backlog (epics, features, user stories).
- Partner with engineering, QA, architecture, and DevOps teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Ensure adherence to Liberty Mutual governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Track delivery outcomes, KPIs, and metrics to ensure value realization and predictability.
- Act as the single point of contact for Liberty Mutual stakeholders for tooling, process, and framework support.
- Facilitate roadmap reviews, governance discussions, and executive-level status updates.
- Drive standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement across SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and QA.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, or Product Ownership.
- Strong experience in technical roadmap ownership, backlog management, and governance.
- Proven BFSI/Insurance domain experience with strong compliance and risk awareness.
