Alpha employs AI-driven 1:1 instruction that enables students to complete core academics in roughly two hours daily. The remaining time is dedicated to developing life skills, exploring personal interests, and fostering meaningful growth. At Alpha's most rigorous campuses, students require more than oversight. They need a mentor whose own record of achievement establishes credibility: someone capable of assessing group dynamics, defining expectations, and guiding them through obstacles like resistance, distraction, and self-doubt.
Your role centers on coaching, challenging, and maintaining the same exacting standards you have applied to yourself—not traditional teaching. You will allocate 80% of your time to direct 1-on-1 coaching, small-group sessions, and life-skills workshops. The remaining 20% involves establishing daily cultural expectations through purposeful morning sessions that reject complacency.
This trajectory emphasizes mastery over management. You begin by internalizing Alpha's framework and earning student trust. Within a few months, you become the person they rely on to push beyond perceived limits. The true reward is not upward mobility. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
