You'll dedicate 80% of your time to direct one-on-one sessions, small-group coaching, and life-skills programming. The remaining 20% involves establishing the daily culture: purposeful morning launches that create an environment where mediocrity is not tolerated.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
