About the Role: The operation associate role entails complete ownership over the Meta/Tiktok/YouTube ads management process of Pocket FM. The individual will get a chance to work with both the front and back-end teams [India & US], and get an end-to-end understanding of the ad creation & testing process of the firm, along with receiving hands-on experience handling the Facebook/Instagram and Google ads dashboards.The role requires the candidate to be flexible forworking in different shifts and also on weekends as per business needs.
Key Skills (Qualifications + Skills):
Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel (sorting/filtering, formulas, data validation; comfort with large trackers)
Extremely detail-oriented with a low error rate in repetitive tasks
Strong written communication and follow-up skills (comfortable nudging stakeholders)
Logical thinking and critical reasoning skills
Ability to use LLM tools (ChatGPT/Gemini/etc.) for drafting messages, summarizing threads, formatting data.
Eye for details.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Content Upload on CMS (internal tool).
Adhoc Requests from various teams.
Coordinate across teams without hand-holding (get requirements, chase approvals, close loops).
Keep spreadsheets clean and always up to date (0 broken links, correct statuses, clear ownership).
Follow SOPs perfectly (and ask the right questions when info is missing).
Execute day-to-day operational tasks for the Germany content/commissioning workflow (high volume, repetitive execution).
Download, organize, rename, and maintain files/folders as per defined naming conventions and SOPs.
