What this job involves:
This position works directly with client customers to help them identify and book their desired meeting rooms and event spaces within client corporate offices in the APAC region while reporting to the Assistant Program Manager. You will respond to customer requests and inquiries to ensure meeting room and event space bookings are processed accurately and efficiently while ensuring customers receive timely confirmation and clear communication throughout the booking process. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by providing professional service excellence in fast-paced, demanding corporate environment while passing confirmed bookings to local Service Delivery team to support event execution, maintaining JLL's reputation for excellence in corporate real estate services through seamless booking coordination and customer communication as part of three-person permanent APAC booking team based in Bangalore or Hyderabad.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Work directly with client customers to help them identify and book desired meeting rooms and event spaces within client corporate offices in APAC region
Respond to customer requests and inquiries to ensure meeting room and event space bookings are processed accurately and efficiently
Ensure customers receive timely confirmation and clear communication throughout booking process
Pass confirmed bookings to local Service Delivery team to support event execution
Provide professional service excellence in fast-paced, demanding corporate environment
Support customers during designated time zone hours as part of APAC booking team
Maintain accurate booking records and documentation for all meeting room and event space reservations
Coordinate with Service Delivery teams across APAC region to ensure seamless handoff of booking information
Required Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills with ability to work directly with client customers professionally
Demonstrated organizational capabilities with ability to process bookings accurately and efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide timely confirmation and clear communication
Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding corporate environment
Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate booking records
Proficiency with booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different time zones
Positive, professional, service-focused personality and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in booking coordination, event coordination, or administrative support roles
Background working with corporate meeting rooms and event spaces
Understanding of APAC region corporate office environments
Experience working with Service Delivery teams or facilities management operations
Knowledge of client corporate culture and working environment
Familiarity with event management platforms or booking systems
Experience supporting customers across multiple time zones
Background in corporate real estate or facilities management operations
