The Opportunity Adobe is seeking a bold, strategic leader to define and scale our global strategy for the Technology sector. This role spans software, hardware, semiconductor, electronics, cloud and platform companies, Professional Services, and Agency Networks, often with complex B2B, B2C and B2B2C value chains.
As the Global Industry Strategy Lead, Technology, you will define Adobe’s industry point-of-view (POV) and translate it into a globally aligned, cross-cloud (Adobe Digital Experience + Adobe Digital Media) go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will partner deeply across Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, and Marketing to unify Adobe’s narrative, accelerate pipeline, and drive repeatable impact across regions.
This role sits within the Digital Strategy Group (DSG) and plays a critical part in Adobe’s Global Industry Strategy team—responsible for shaping Adobe’s industry vision, value propositions, and high-impact strategic motions at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation of a differentiated, forward-looking POV that demonstrates how Adobe enables transformation across the entire Technology customer and partner ecosystem.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $185,900 -- $328,925 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $227,200 - $328,925
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
