LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at one of our campuses.

A well-run campus operates invisibly. A poorly run one disrupts everything. This role ensures Alpha campuses function with precision, safety, and reliability—day in and day out.

That demands campus operations that are structured, agile, and designed to scale. This role is accountable for all non-instructional functions that enable students and Guides to excel.

As the operational anchor of the campus, you handle parent and staff communications, manage safety and security protocols, maintain smooth facilities and logistics operations, and ensure technology infrastructure supports students and staff reliably. You respond when systems fail, foresee problems before they grow, and impose calm order on fast-moving environments.

This is not a routine coordinator position. It is a hands-on, high-exposure role designed for someone who excels under responsibility, welcomes variety, and delivers consistently. If you seek work where your judgment directly influences student safety, staff performance, and parent confidence, this role provides genuine ownership and accountability.

What You Will Be Doing

• Serving as a key contact for parents, students, and staff to deliver timely, clear, and professional communication
• Operating campus safety systems including entry protocols, health response, emergency drills, record-keeping, and parent notifications
• Coordinating daily campus logistics including attendance systems, transportation planning, facilities upkeep, and office administration
• Assisting with onboarding and training new staff to ensure they are operationally prepared from their first day
• Administering student devices and campus technology, acting as the on-site Google Administrator and technical support contact

• Delivering classroom instruction or supporting academic teaching
• Mentoring Guides or influencing curriculum development
• Functioning in a strictly administrative or limited-scope capacity
• Working in a stable or entirely predictable setting
• Escalating unresolved issues to others rather than driving solutions yourself

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
• At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar operational roles
• Comfort with basic technology tasks including device setup, troubleshooting, and account administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across parents, staff, and vendors
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be available to work in person in Lake Forest; CA; Piedmont, CA; Palo Alto, CA, Chicago; IL or Fort Worth; TX

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
