Roles introduction:
As a Business Sales Lead (Hunting) you will lead Fractal Analytics’ growth in the Global Capability Centres (GCCs) by bringing your business development, sales, and account management. As a highly motivated, highly successful team member with a proven sale record you are expected to bring insights and experience in areas such as GenAI/AI/ Analytics, Data Engineering, Business intelligence and digital transformation.
You will be responsible to identify and drive new opportunities across multiple domains (withing the GCC space). You will manage GCC clients across Consumer Good, BFSI, Technology, Telecom, Retail, Pharma & Life Sciences. You will work towards successful client's business goals and challenges, such that you can drive the overall sales efforts and account growth.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Fractal’s consulting and capabilities team to selling and grow the footprint and demonstrate commercial agility and acuity for effectively articulating the Fractals’ value proposition and diagnosing the prospective client’s business needs and problems
