Overview Product Managers at Resmed sit at an exciting intersection of software development, design, and business strategy. We shape high-level product goals but also get our hands dirty! On an average day, you might pitch a concept to senior leadership, build a launch plan with marketing, work with designers and researchers to conduct user interviews or concept tests, conceptualize a new feature, analyze usage data, and/or contribute to the overall company strategy. By fostering a product-focused culture and promoting continuous improvement, product managers play a pivotal role in driving innovation and ensuring long-term product success.

We are seeking a Global Product Manager who will help evolve our consumer digital solutions globally. Working as part of a cross-functional product team, this role supports discovery, development, launch, and continuous improvement activities. You’ll play a vital role in transforming the digital experience for our users. You’ll be at the heart of shaping and delivering experiences that delight users, challenge industry norms, and drive measurable business outcomes. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $146,000 - $183,000 - $220,000 USD.
