We are now seeking an experienced Senior NPI Engineer to play a key role in introducing complex, high‑value products into production across our established site in Eynsham, Oxford, and our state‑of‑the‑art Industry 4.0 facility in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
About the role: As a Senior NPI Engineer, you will lead the successful transition of new magnet technology products from development into full‑rate manufacturing. Acting as a critical bridge between R&D and Supply Chain Management, you will ensure that new products are robust, manufacturable, cost‑effective, and meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
You will work in a fast‑paced, technically complex manufacturing environment, motivating and supporting a high‑performing team while collaborating closely with cross‑functional stakeholders. Your work will have a direct impact on operational excellence, product reliability, and long‑term business success.
