The kindest thing you can do for a student who achieves 99% is to decline calling it 100%. If that statement troubles you, this role isn't the right fit. If it resonates, continue reading.
Alpha students don't absorb information through traditional lectures. They advance through adaptive applications, absorbing material at double the speed of conventional classrooms while simultaneously developing practical life competencies. Your responsibility is ensuring three commitments are fulfilled for every student in your cohort: a genuine love for learning, acceleration at 2x the standard rate, and acquisition of skills beyond what textbooks can provide. You will also develop the Guides who execute these same commitments throughout your campus.
Data anchors your mornings. You review analytics identifying which students are progressing and which require additional support. By mid-morning you're facilitating a live session, guiding K-8 students through exercises in public speaking or concentration using Alpha's established framework. Post-lunch finds you observing a Guide's workshop, followed by a debrief where you provide three concrete actions to refine their execution. On certain days you serve as the energy catalyst during motivation assemblies, converting leaderboard rankings into momentum. You remain directly engaged with your own student group while cultivating Guides capable of meeting your benchmark—and as their capability grows, your influence expands from a single cohort to an entire campus.
You will witness reserved children presenting with poise before adults. You will observe a student who previously "despised school" requesting to remain after hours. And you will recognize that the standard you maintained is precisely what enabled their transformation, because upholding expectations demonstrates your conviction in their capacity to exceed them.
If you have broken records, transformed underachievers into high performers, and are prepared to accomplish this for students: submit your application now.
